While this resource was originally created for users of our RRPproxy reseller network, we have decided to open up reader access to the entire web community. The Wiki provides easy access to information needed for registering any of the TLDs in our portfolio.
Become RSP
What are the requirements to become a Registrar-Service-Provider?You register/transfer-in at least 100 domains within 1 year to RRPproxy.
In order to become an accredited RSP of Key-Systems GmbH, please proceed as follows:
- Fill in the Online Sign-Up Form
- After receipt Key-Systems will review your application
- If you fulfill the necessary requirements then you will receive an email from us with the necessary contracts to become a RSP:
- RSP General Agreement
- Confidentiality Agreement
- RSP Data Info-Form
- The necessary documents must be signed and submitted by e-mail, fax or post.

After completing the steps 1 - 5 mentioned above you have been set-up as a RSP. In order to start registering domains you have to:
- Log onto your RRPproxy-Account with the passwords you have recieved, then kindly proceed to "REGISTRAR ADMIN" --> "Registration Agreements" and activate the specific TLDs separately.
- Charge your account with sufficient funds, either by initiating a bank wire-transfer or charge your own credit card through the WebInterface.
- If you have completed both steps, then you can start registering domains immediately.
Payment & prices
Where can I find information related to the domain prices?As Key-Systems GmbH has an extensive reseller network we do not publish prices on our website. After receipt of the necessary documents and you have your access information, then you can review all TLDprices by logging onto your RRPproxy-Account. After you have logged on, kindly proceed to "Account -> Zones & prices". Here you will find details on the specific TLDs, as well as prices.
Your account as a RSP within the RRPproxy is a so-called pre-payment account, meaning that you can only register domains, if you have a positive balance. All domains within the RRPproxy are billed in US-Dollars. We offer basically two different payment methods:
- Wire-Transfer. You can initiate a wire-transfer to either our EURO or USD account and upon receipt of payment the amount will be entered onto your RSP-Account.(Payment by Wire Transfer)
- Credit Card payment. Should you wish to charge you own credit card online, then this can be done easily through the WebInterface. Log onto your RRPproxy-Account and proceed to "REGISTRAR ADMIN" --> "Credit Card Payment" and follow the instructions. Everything is fully auotmated and you will be able to charge your account with sufficient funds within seconds.
Domains can either be registered in realtime through an Email-Template, Webinterface or using our perl and php APIs.
Invoices
How do I receive invoices?Key-Systems GmbH only sends invoices upon request. The invoices are generated on the fifth of the following month and placed in a special RSP-Section, where they can easily be downloaded in .pdf format.
Domain name registration
Why should you have a .com domain?The .com domain is appropriate for both commercial and personal use, and it is the most used around the world. It is a good option to companies and individuals who seek a presence on the Internet, as it provides a global visibility and credibility, and facilitates the creation of personalized and/or professional email. Furthermore the .com domain will complement a local TLD strategy on the Web, generating additional traffic to your site and ensuring your brand or company name on the Internet. If you want to do business with foreign partners, the .com domain will help you internationally.
It's easy to register a .com domain. The process takes place online and you have to find an authorized Registrar of domains on the Web. With the domain name of your choice and preferences, you might check its availability on the website of the authorized Registrar. If it is available, register early by paying an annual fee. The .com domains are paid annually and renewed every year. If the name you are looking for is not available, you need to be creative and imagine another similar name for your domain.
